A career built on getting it right

Chris Anderson founded Anderson Investigative Services to do investigative work the way it should be done — carefully, ethically, and personally. He came to the field through the courts: first as a process server delivering legal filings for attorneys across the greater Phoenix area, then handling the difficult serves that followed the 2008 housing crash alongside a licensed investigator. That work demanded long hours of surveillance, and surveillance became the specialty he built a career on — high-risk employee terminations, corporate surveillance for a hospital, and later workers’ compensation fraud. Seventeen years of licensed investigative work gave him a firsthand understanding of how evidence is gathered, documented, and tested when it really counts.
He started AIS to work on his own terms — choosing his cases, setting his own standards, and building the practice around what he does best: surveillance, family law matters, insurance fraud, and corporate investigations. Running his own agency also lets him move quickly, using modern tools to cover multiple locations discreetly and handle much of the work remotely. What keeps him in it is the problem-solving — the challenge of a complex case, and the moment a client finally has the facts a legal, business, or personal decision turns on. That’s what AIS exists to deliver: clear, credible answers that individuals, attorneys, and businesses can act on.
His approach is simple: quality over quantity. Rather than juggling a high volume of cases, Chris takes on work he can handle personally and thoroughly, so every client deals directly with the investigator on their case — never a call center or a rotating team.
